Refrigeration and Air Condition Technician
As a refrigeration/air condition mechanic, your duties may include;
- Install, troubleshoot and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ice cream and refrigeration systems
- Measure refrigeration or air conditioning components for installation.
- Work with hand and power tools to install refrigeration or air conditioning components.
- Measure and cut piping and connecting piping using welding equipment
- Test heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems for leaks
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Repair and replace components for entire heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Install, maintain and repair equipment in refrigerated trucks
- Prepare work estimates
Knowledge
- At least certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning
